This artefact is a needs assessment and analysis for a solo proprietor of mental health services that was seeking to create additional revenue in order to reduce workloads and expand. Below are slides from the needs assessment findings, as well as the final report which outlines the specifics of how the needs assessment was conducted and the gaps that were identified, as well as proposed solutions.
